You’ll enjoy navigating through several different exotic Polynesian areas, while indulging in your favorite festive fantasies. Highlights include a smokin’ hot DJ in Polynesian attire playing hit songs and oldies but goodies for dancin,’ romancin,’ and groovin’ the night away.

The Tiki Bar features fabulous forbidden voodoo libations; the Voodoo lounge is designed for shmoozin’ mixin’ mingling’ and inevitably attracting the man/woman of your dreams.

A live band on the Tiki Stage aims to uplift and energize your psyche with a rockin’ and rollin’ ambience; The Enchanted Forest has trees and lights to soothe your soul and relax your mind.

The Food Court with ample munchies and delicious fare will rejuvenate your body. Wendell strives to tickle your fancy by putting you in the optimum mode to magnetize the special sweetheart you covet.

The Exotic Polynesian theme has special significance for Wendell, who reveled in traveling to the Co Phi Phi Islands of Phuket/Thailand along with the islands surrounding the Phillippines.

“The flavor of my yard/village is dedicated to the idea of being on a small island with just enough of the good stuff, but yet a very rural feel. It has been quoted that my village is like an island surrounded by land.”

Baker loves hosting, meeting new folks, and seeing the expression on people’s faces as they enter the exciting environment he’s so meticulously constructed.

It’s especially rewarding when guests express their appreciation, while traversing the grounds he’s put his heart and craftmanship into.

Wendell professes, “I want people to feel like they’re at Disneyland or their favorite hideaway haven.”

Wendell comes from a family of imaginative and innovative artists. His Austrian born father was set designer at Fox and MGM, conceiving the Robot “Gort” and the spaceship from the original “Day the Earth Stood Still,” and what you see inside the dome of “Robby” the Robot from “Forbidden Planet.”

He devised the first all electric home in the country, “Gold Medallion,” and “The War Room in the Pentagon,” in the 1950’s; developed the earliest patents of “rear view projection;” consulted for Disney, Warner Bros. Stores, Epcot Center, Euro Disney, to name a few; and published 6 books on architectural design entitled, “House of Ideas.”

Wendell’s mother met his father on Broadway and was in the first production of “Carousel” with John Raitt (Bonnie Raitt’s father), eventually becoming a talent agent for 35 years and counting.

She was a huge influence on Wendell, who started modeling at a young age which led to print work; voice overs; Sears magazines; and over 35 commercials: Coca Cola, McDonald’s, Chevrolet, Vons, Polaroid; and TV shows/movies of the week: Mash, Young and Restless, Police Women, Facts of Life, One Day at a Time, Don Portrait of a Teenage Runaway and many more.

Baker wants to leave his mark on the world by creating enchanting visual and auditory experiences. He believes “it’s the visual things that count in life...especially the environment…and as we learn to embrace mother earth and ourselves…we are held accountable for the future spirits that will arrive after us.”

Wendell’s hope is that you “leave your inhibitions at the door; trusting yourself to something original and stimulating.”

This is a 21 and over party. By attending this party you agree to drink & act responsibly and waive all liability and/or claims against any of the hosts for personal or property damage! Please don’t park in anyone’s driveway, or you will be towed.

Wendell recommends wearing comfortable shoes as it’s an outdoor event. Dress Attire suggestions are Polynesian/Hawaiian/Tiki. Contact him at 818-993-9584 for further info.
