Officers Injured When Suspected Drunk Driver Slams into Patrol Car
Three people were injured when a car rear-ended a patrol car in the Valley.

Two Los Angeles police officers were injured today when their patrol car was rear-ended by a suspected drunken driver in Northridge.
The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the 7800 block of Louise Avenue, according to police and fire officials.
According to LAPD Capt. Paul Vernon, the two officers were sitting in a parked patrol car when a suspected drunken driver rear-ended the vehicle.

LAPD officials said the two officers and the driver of the other vehicle were taken to a hospital. All were in stable condition with non-life- threatening injuries, according to authorities.
