Police: Stolen BMW Driver Leads Officers on Chase along Roscoe Boulevard
The chase ended in Canoga Park where the driver was taken into custody and a female passenger was treated by paramedics.
CANOGA PARK, CA -- Police Monday chased a stolen BMW and took the driver into custody in the Canoga Park area.
The brief chase ended about 1:30 p.m. near Fallbrook Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. The name of the driver was not immediately available.
"Officers patrolling for burglars saw (a) suspicious car with paper plates," LAPD Capt. Paul Vernon said via Twitter. "It took off. Turned out to be stolen."

Vernon said a female passenger "appeared to suffer (a) seizure or anxiety attack" and was treated by paramedics.
