Woman Awakes to Find Intruder Standing Over Her Bed
Police are looking for an intruder who entered an Agoura Hills home early this morning.

A woman in Agoura got a rude awakening early this morning when she found a man standing over her bed.
Deputies were called about 5:10 a.m. to a home in the 29000 block of Silver Creek Road, Lt. Patrick Mathers of the Los Angeles County sheriff’s Malibu-Lost Hills Station said.
The woman said she awoke, saw the man standing over her bed and screamed, prompting a male resident of the home to confront the suspect, Mathers said.

The suspect ran from the location and drove away in a white 1995-2000 model year Jeep Cherokee with black mirrors, Mathers said.
“The suspect had entered through an unlocked patio door ... ,” Mathers said.

The man was described as Hispanic, 25-30 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds with short dark hair.
It was unclear if he was attempting to burglarize the home, Mathers said.
