- The El Camino Real High School baseball team faces Chatsworth, a West Valley League rival, at 1 p.m. today at Dodger Stadium. Go Conquistadores!
- The Rockatomics Gem and Mineral Society hosts its annual Rockhound Roundup Show at the Pierce College farm. Gems, jewelry, rocks, minerals and fossils will be on sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Admission is free.
- The ninth annual Still Saving Lives Car Show takes place Saturday at Warner Center Park, 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free.
- 500 fourth and fifth-grade dance students will compete in the fourth annual Best Foot Forward Dance Festival at 10 a.m. at . Rumor has it Debbie Allen, best known for her work on television' Fame, is scheduled to visit.
