- This week, the Valley Cultural Center's Monday Morning Concerts features Poetry in Motion, an interactive dance performance by the Artist Community for Change LA. The group will be bringing excerpts of Shel Silverstein's Where the Sidewalk Ends. The show runs from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Madrid Theatre, 21622 Sherman Way, Canoga Park.
- Third Council District candidate Joyce Pearson will have a meet and greet at 5 p.m. at Flash Frozen photography, 20969 Ventura Blvd., Suite. 3.
