  2. The Chamber of Commerce hosts a networking luncheon at 11:30 a.m. The event offers business owners the opportunity to get to know one another, get referrals and have some fun.   3. The lowest price of gas in Woodland Hills, according to GasBuddy.com, is $3.55 per gallon. Find it at the Arco stations at 2204 Clarendon St. at Topanga Canyon Boulevard and 6310 Fallbrook Ave. at Sylvan Street and the Thrifty station at 6000 N. Canoga Ave. and Oxnard Street.
