Woodland Hills' 5 Things to Know Today: June 24

Check your 5 Things every morning to see what's happening in Woodland Hills.

Five Things You Need to Know Today is a Patch column that provides readers with daily information at a glance.

Good morning, Woodland Hills! It's Sunday and there is plenty of fun in store in the neighborhood today.

  1. The monthly Topanga Vintage Market returns to the Promenade from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Find vintage and antique treasures as well as items made with them at this outdoor event. Admission is $2 (kids under 12 get in for free).
  2. We don't know if they're on a "mission from God," like the original Jake and Elwood Blues, but we're pretty sure The Official Blues Brothers Revue will be plenty of fun when they perform this week's Concert on the Green at 6 p.m. at Warner Ranch Park.
  3. If the blues isn't your thing, The Rack is hosting an afternoon jazz fest with Cesar Latin Jazz at 5 p.m.
  4. The National Weather Service is predicting a high of 85 degrees and a low of about 54 degrees.
  5. The lowest price of gas in Woodland Hills, according to GasBuddy.com, is $3.65 per gallon for regular. Find it at the Thrifty station at 6000 N. Canoga Ave. at Oxnard Street.

By the way, did you know you can enter your activities and events for consideration in the daily 5 Things list just by putting them on the calendar?
