Woodland Hills Crash Pins Suspects in High-Speed Chase

Suspects in a high-speed chase became trapped after crashing into the center divider on the Ventura (101) Freeway in Woodland Hills.

A vehicle slammed against a guardrail on the Ventura (101) Freeway in Woodland Hills after a high-speed police pursuit this afternoon, trapping the occupants.

Rescuers were sent to the area of De Soto Avenue shortly after 2 p.m. on a report that a vehicle was pinned against the center divider, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Los Angeles police were handling the investigation, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Peter Bishop, who could not say whether anyone was injured.
