• Woodside families donate $9 million to buy century-old home for local school (mercurynews.com) — Woodside Elementary School is set to expand after three anonymous local families donated $9 million to buy a historic Victorian home and its 3.4-acre property next door on Woodside Road. The Woodside School Foundation plans to transfer the land to the district next year, giving the growing K–8 campus room to add classrooms or outdoor space while preserving a well-known local landmark.
