• Dome Fire reshapes Yosemite fall visits with smoke, closures (sacbee.com) — Yosemite Valley visitors this week will see smoke and some closures as the Dome Fire burns north of Wawona Dome, keeping Glacier Point Road and several trails shut. Air quality in the Valley is forecast to be moderate, but most services, viewpoints, and major attractions remain open, so locals and visitors should check park and CAL FIRE updates before heading out.
