Harrison School District 2 briefly secured the campus, is seeking answers from authorities, and says the incident left many students feeling unsafe and some parents keeping children home.
3. Colorado Springs authorizes up to $225 million in utility bond refinancing (thebadger.news) — Colorado Springs residents should know that City Council has authorized refinancing up to $225 million in existing utility bonds, aiming to lower debt costs or reduce financial risk.
