• 34-Unit Affordable Housing Community Opens in Crested Butte (milehighcre.com) — Crested Butte just gained 34 new affordable apartments at Mineral Point, aimed at residents earning 30% to 60% of area median income. The energy-efficient complex at 603 Butte Ave. offers studios and one- and two-bedroom units, plus shared amenities, and was made possible through a partnership between the town, TWG Development, and state and regional housing funders.
