Neenan Archistruction Completes Junior High School Campus in Fort Collins (milehighcre.com) — Liberty Common School's expanded junior high campus in Fort Collins is now complete, tripling space for seventh- and eighth-graders and easing crowding at the high school. The $15 million project converted office buildings on Sharp Point Drive into dedicated classrooms, a full gym, and a flexible cafetorium, all designed around the school's classical education model and daily student life.
   

2. Fort Collins birth center owner and midwife arrested after newborn distress call (9news.com) — A Fort Collins birth center on Timberline Road is under criminal investigation after police arrested its owner and a midwife on charges including tampering with evidence and attempting to influence a public servant. The case stems from a February 911 call about a distressed newborn and a previously uncovered 2025 incident, while state regulators conduct a parallel review and the center continues operating.
   

3. Gregory Allicar Museum curates new exhibition focused on legendary Welsh illustrator - The Rocky Mountain Collegian (collegian.com) — Fort Collins residents can explore more than 60 years of Ralph Steadman's artwork at Colorado State University's Gregory Allicar Museum, where 149 original pieces are on display through Dec. 13. Recent photos highlight its modern interior and colorful menu, giving locals another fast-casual option for creative, internationally flavored meals right in town.
   

5. 2-story mixed-use Bohemian building takes shape on Mountain Avenue (coloradoan.com) — A new two-story mixed-use Bohemian building is rising at Mountain Avenue and Chestnut Street in Old Town Fort Collins, on the former Lyric Theater and Paramont Laundry site. The project will add offices, a green room, and a shared bar expansion to support The Armory music venue, continuing the corner's long history of reinvention downtown.
