• About our RHTP Awardees (colorado.gov) — Kremmling Memorial Hospital District, doing business as Middle Park Health, is set to receive more than $7.7 million through Colorado's Rural Health Transformation Program. This major investment is part of a broader statewide push to expand telehealth, strengthen emergency services, and modernize rural health care, which should bolster access and services for Kremmling-area patients.
