CONNECTICUT — The power has been almost all restored to businesses and residents in Connecticut after high winds toppled trees and power lines across the state Monday.
Nearly 13,000 Eversource and United Illuminating customers were in the dark at the height of the outage at the start of rush hour.
United Illuminating has restored power to all of its customers.
