20 Connecticut Players With Super Bowl Rings

Super Bowl fever is sweeping Connecticut and the nation this week, as the New England Patriots will attempt to join the Pittsburgh Steelers as the only NFL franchises to win six Super Bowls.

Only John Sullivan, the starting center for the Los Angeles Rams who played at Greenwich High School, will be representing the Nutmeg State Sunday as a player in Atlanta. However, a total of 20 players with strong ties to the state have earned Super Bowl rings in the past. Curiously, all but one of them are still living, ranging in age from 30 to 75.

Here are the state's championship players, listed alphabetically by name, with state affiliation, current age, position played, team and Super Bowls won:
