PLAINFIELD, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $1 million was sold in Plainfield, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Jewett City resident won $1 million on a Best Chance To Be A Millionaire ticket that was sold at One Stop Convenience Store at 720 Norwich Rd. in Plainfield. Best Chance To Be A Millionaire is a $50 scratch ticket.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
