New Executive Director at Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk is Already Making a Difference

NORWALK, CT – Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk’s new Executive Director, Brenda Maldonado, is already making her mark on the premier memory care/assisted living community.

An accomplished leader in senior living operations with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and resident services, Maldonado started as Executive Director in November. She is bringing her proven track record of operational excellence and a deep commitment to memory care to Norwalk.

Maldonado most recently served as Executive Director of Regional Operations and Sales/Marketing at a premier senior living community, where she was responsible for financial management, regulatory compliance, and fostering positive engagement among residents and their families. Her career also includes leadership roles at several other senior communities, where she specialized in building inclusive community cultures and driving high-quality resident experiences.

Maldonado said she prides herself on her skill at boosting team morale. She is particularly adept at transitioning new acquisition communities and developing future leaders from within her staff. She holds multiple state administrator licenses and professional certifications, including CPR and First Aid. Her extensive background in business strategy, healthcare compliance, and community relations reflects her dedication to compassionate service and continuous improvement in memory care and senior living communities.
