Full deployment will begin on July 6, and drivers can receive fines for violating work-zone speed limits.

Here's where work-zone speed cameras are located as of May 28:

The cameras will capture images of vehicles traveling 10 miles per hour or more over the posted work zone speed limit. The vehicle's registered owner will receive a citation in the mail.

Written warnings will be issued for the first offense, and subsequent offenses within one year will receive a $75 fine.

Those traveling at 85 miles per hour will receive a $75 fine regardless of first or subsequent offense status.

According to the state, enforcement will only occur when active work is taking place within designated work zones.
