Two new properties in Connecticut, Charter Senior Living of Brookfield and Charter Senior Living Orange, join the EPOCH family of brands under new names: Rivermere of Brookfield and Rivermere of Orange.
Rivermere of Orange (197 Indian River Rd, Orange, CT) offers loved ones a continuum of care; independent living, assisted living, and memory care, while Rivermere of Brookfield (291 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT) offers assisted living and memory care.
Both communities will feature EPOCH's signature memory care program, Bridges® by EPOCH, that is renowned for its compassionate, personalized care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
