LISBON, CT — A voyeur videotaped a woman while she was in a dressing room at a Target in Lisbon last week, according to state police.
State police said they were dispatched to the store, on River Road, around 4:44 p.m. on Sept. 1 after receiving a report of voyeurism.
Troopers arrived and took the suspect into custody.
Brandon Michael Mcmechen, 30, of Tift Street, Griswold, was charged Sept. 1 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree stalking and voyeurism with malice.
Mcmechen was issued a $5,000 cash or surety bond, and he is scheduled to appear at Superior Court in Norwich on Sept. 17.
