Connecticut's fall scenery has earned a rock star's seal of approval.
Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx recently visited the state with his wife, Courtney, to celebrate a friend's daughter's wedding, according to a post shared on his Instagram account Monday.
Sixx shared a photo of the couple outdoors, surrounded by trees showing signs of fall foliage.
The musician described the celebration as a beautiful day filled with love, laughter and memorable moments, saying he enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
He also had some praise for the season in New England.
"BTW fall on the east coast is stellar. Perfect day for a wedding," Sixx wrote.
