Aquarion Extends Coronavirus Payment Program
Aquarion Water has extended its customer coronavirus payment program in line with state guidelines.

CONNECTICUT — With Connecticut's coronavirus state of emergency classification extended to April 20, the enrollment period for the Aquarion Water Co. payment program has also been extended to that date, utility officials said Monday.
Both residential and commercial customers are eligible for payment arrangements vis Aquarion's Customer Service Center (800-732-9678).

- Enrollment for the virus payment program for both residential and non-residential customers is open until April 20.
- The payment program is available to all customers, regardless of income.
- Customers can pay past due balances over a period of up to 24 months.
- As long as payments are made, service will not be disconnected for the duration of the plan.
- No down payment is required.
- No fees or interest will be charged from the beginning of the pandemic through the end of the plan.
- Connecticut customers who qualify can receive a one-time voucher. Voucher amounts range from $50 to $250, based on eligibility.
- Customers can download an application at www.aquarionwater.com/assistance or www.operationfuel.org.
Aquarion Water Company is the public water supply company for more than 625,000 people in 52 cities and towns throughout Connecticut.
It is the largest investor-owned water utility in New England and among the seven largest in the U.S.
