Connecticut Championship Game Previews: Boys Ice Hockey

HAMDEN, CT — For the first time since 2019, state champions will soon be crowned in three divisions of Connecticut high school boys ice hockey. And for the first time since the end of the 20th century, the championship games will be contested at a venue other than the Ingalls Rink at Yale University.

Six teams will make their way to the People's United Center, atop the York Hill Campus at Quinnipiac University. The Division III finals are scheduled for Thursday, March 17; Division II finalists clash Monday, March 21; and the Division I championship is slated for Tuesday, March 22. Faceoff time for each title contest is 6:30 p.m.
