Considerable Shifting Of Positions In Latest Girls Basketball Poll
A new No. 1 team has been determined by a panel of Connecticut coaches and sports media members.

CONNECTICUT — A new No. 1 team took over the top spot in the most recent Connecticut high school girls basketball poll, with two new teams joining the top 10.
Hamden moved from its preseason position of fifth to take over at the top, collecting 15 of 17 first-place votes. Daniel Hand received the other two top nods.
Here are the top 1o, with preseason position in parentheses, as well as all other schools receiving votes.
