CT Man Dies In Lawnmowing Accident: Report

LEBANON, CT — A 75-year-old man is dead after he fell into a pond Monday, according to The Middletown Press. State police were called to Tobacco Street at 10:50 a.m. to assist firefighters at a home.

A neighbor had discovered the man, who was unresponsive, in the pond. Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The man had been on a riding lawnmower near the pond, and investigators believe he fell off the lawnmower.

The death remains under investigation, according to The Middletown Press.
