"Our Dirt Wings are fried and sauced, then fried again and sauced again," their website reads. "Some people call this double-sauced, double- fried. We just call ‘em dirt! It results in a wing that is caramelized and a bit crispier."

Their wings have a range of flavors including honey gold BBQ, teriyaki, and sweet red chili.

The restaurant is located at a building that dates back to 1789. It became Cooke's Tavern in 1795.

Last year, J Timothy's celebrated its 45th anniversary.
