CT School Administrator Manipulated Student Test Answers: Report
A school administrator was placed on leave after a report found that standardized test scores had been manipulated.
BRISTOL, CT — A state-commissioned report found that an elementary school administrator in Bristol "intentionally manipulated" student answers on standardized tests, The Hartford Courant reported.
The investigation found "overwhelming" circumstantial evidence of the allegations, which were first released in May and caused the district to put the administrator on leave, according to WTNH News-8.
The apparent breach occurred in make-up testing for the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium test.
