CONNECTICUT — Championship Saturday is in the books, six state titlists have been crowned, and two dozen sports media members from across Connecticut have cast their ballots to determine the top high school football team in the state.

Class LL champion Greenwich led the way, collecting 17 first-place votes to easily outdistance Class L winner New Canaan, which had five. Class S champion Ansonia, which placed fifth in the balloting, garnered the other two top votes.

Here are the top 10, plus all other programs receiving support.
