Economic Commission Calls Meeting on Vacancy Rates in Ridgefield
Commercial vacancy rates will be the topic Monday night.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Economic & Community Development Commission will be holding a special meeting Monday night to discuss the commercial vacancy rates in Ridgefield. Guests will include Wing Biddle, Steve Zemo, Bob Casscela and Gus Ryer.
The topics for discussion include
- What are the current overall market conditions affecting vacancies in Fairfield County
- What is it in particular that affects the Ridgefield Market?
- How can we put together a strategy that can be implemented to reduce the vacancy rate in Ridgefield?
The meeting will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order with comment invited only on agenda items that are action items not subject to formal public hearing. Individuals will be recognized for three minutes after ECDC discussion but before ECDC vote.
The meeting will be Monday, Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the small conference room at Town Hall in Ridgefield.
