NORWALK, CT — A city official has been charged with murder after police say a man was found shot dead in a home she owns.
Former City Clerk Ellen Wink, 61, has been charged with murder and is being held on $1 million bond, police said. She is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 1.
Wink, who is currently Norwalk's deputy registrar of voters, had a fight with her tenant, went to the house and shot him multiple times, killing him.
