Update: Hartford Crash On I-84 Cleared

HARTFORD, CT — A one-vehicle accident on Interstate 84 in Hartford Monday morning caused some traffic delays, but it is now cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the accident was on the westbound lane of I-84 between exits 48 and 47.

This resulted in the right lane being closed, the DOT said, with the accident being reported at 10:05 a.m.

At 10:30 a.m., DOT officials said via Twitter that the accident, which was near I-84's interchange with Spring Street, was cleared.
