Lamont Touts 'Family-Friendly' Policies In Biz Recruiting Video
Gov. Ned Lamont is targeting businesses in "states restricting rights of women," in his latest recruiting video.

HARTFORD, CT — Gov. Ned Lamont Friday made an aggressive push to recruit businesses to Connecticut with a new video.
His target this time around? Businesses in "states restricting rights of women," and "aren’t putting families first with their policies."
Lamont today posted the following video message onto his social media channels — Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and on YouTube.

The idea is to "encourage businesses in states that are restricting the rights of women to consider relocating their companies to Connecticut, where the state’s family-friendly policies and overall quality of life are among the best in the nation."
He added in the video, "Look ... any of you business owners out there thinking about making a move ... give me a call ... I'd love to hear from you."
