One New Entry In Girls Basketball Top 10 Poll
The top nine teams remained, though with a considerable shuffling of positions.

New London retained its position atop the latest high school girls basketball poll, with the next seven teams shuffling positions and a new entry into the top 10.
The Whalers were tabbed first on 10 of 19 ballots to outdistance second-place Hamden. Trumbull and Norwalk placed third and fourth.
Here are the top 10, with first-place votes and last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other schools receiving votes.
