  • II - Prince Tech, 20-0
  • III - Tolland, 19-1
  • IV - Canton, 18-2
  • V - Old Lyme, 19-1

East Catholic, in Div. I, and Waterford, in Div. II, are the only two schools who may repeat as division champions, as the other three titleholders from 2019 have moved up to higher levels. Div. V winner Innovation and Div. III champion Farmington are now ranked third and sixth, respectively, in Div. II, while Div. IV titleist New Canaan is now seeded 13th in Div. III.
