WINDSOR, CT — The latest image in the Picture Connecticut series takes us to the state's oldest town — Windsor and a monument you just don't see every day.
In the Palisado Avenue Historic District that runs along state Route 159, known locally as Palisado Avenue, is a cluster of buildings and monuments in a town green-like setting. There, sits a monument dedicated to Dr. Horace H. Hayden, the "father of the dental profession."
