
CONNECTICUT — Price Rite Marketplace is embarking a hiring initiative in Connecticut Thursday.
Candidates for retail, management and customer service and business, are encouraged to visit any of the Price Rite Marketplace locations throughout Connecticut on Oct. to speak with a hiring manager on the spot. No appointments are necessary, officials said.
The walk-up job fair is taking place from 2 to 6 p.m. at all locations that include:

- Wethersfield
- West Hartford
- Windsor
Interested candidates can visit the Price Rite Marketplace of their choice and speak with a hiring manager for an immediate interview. Full-time, part-time and management positions are available, depending on the location, officials said.
"Price Rite Marketplace is looking for team players who are energetic, personable and put the customer first," Price Rite Marketplace President Jim Dorey said. "We offer flexibility, competitive salaries and the opportunity to quickly advance to higher level positions."

Available part-time positions, including general, perishable, front end and stocking clerks, feature flexible hours and a wide variety of cross training to provide team members with the knowledge, skills, and tools to work as a team throughout the store, Dorsey said. Training programs are designed to provide "a solid foundation so each individual can achieve their best at Price Rite," he added.
