Ridgefield Memorial Day Parade 2018 Details
Here is what you need to know about the town's Memorial Day festivities.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The town's Memorial Day Parade will take place Monday, May 28. The parade is organized by the American Legion Post No. 78 and will step off from the Jesse Lee Church at 11:30 a.m. It will continue from the church to Ballard Park, where it is expected to conclude at about 1:30 p.m.
The Ridgefield High School marching band, Ridgefield Professional Firefighters, Ridgefield Volunteer Fire Department, Ridgefield Suzuki School band, and the Celtic Cross Pipes and Drums from Danbury are just a few of the groups sending contingents to march in the parade.
The parade's grand marshal will be Vietnam War veteran and long-time Ridgefield resident Dave Campbell.
