Positions they are shopping for include secretaries, principals, an English teacher, a reading tutor, and more
RIDGEFIELD, CT —The school year has been topsy-turvy, but the District is preparing to press that "reset" button, and there are several available jobs needing to be filled.
It's important to note, that these positions are either vacant and or mandated by the state or federal government. The school system is not adding new positions to the budget. Over the past decade, school districts have been reducing positions as enrollment has continued to drop across the state and county.
