Severe Weather Possible For CT: Here's When, What To Expect
There may be peaks of sunshine Sunday morning but the weather will be changing later on today. Here is what you can expect.

CONNECTICUT — It appears we're going to catch a break today in Connecticut concerning the impending stormy weather that is forecast for us. The rain and possible thunderstorms are expected to hold off until tonight so that means if we have outdoor plans today we should be able to avoid the rain drops for the most part.
Beginning at 4 p.m. there is a 40 percent chance of rain showers and that increases to around 60 percent starting at 10 p.m. There is a 100 percent chance of rain after midnight and it appears to taper off around 10 a.m. Monday but light rain showers are possible through the afternoon hours.
Connecticut could see another inch or more of rain and the best chance for thunderstorms is from 10 p.m. tonight through 10 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

A Wind Advisory may need to be added for northern parts of Connecticut for Monday afternoon and evening, according to the NWS. And in the extended weather forecast, Tuesday and Wednesday look great, but it's possible there could be some rain from Thursday through Saturday.
