Snow Expected For Thursday Morning In CT: Here's What To Expect
Connecticut hasn't seen a lot of snow thus far this season but we'll be seeing flakes tomorrow morning. Here are the latest details.

We haven't seen much snow thus far this season and that continues this week but for those who are driving Thursday morning you may be dealing with some light snow and slick roads. The National Weather Service says we can expect up to an inch or so of snow in most areas of the state by the morning on Thursday.
Again this won't be a big deal but the snow is expected to be falling during the early morning hours on Thursday. Snow begins after midnight, may mix with rain at the coast, but should mainly be snow inland and in northern areas of the state.
The snow and or rain should end by mid-morning Thursday. The National Weather Service says "High pressure will build over the region today. It will be dry, however the sun should be filtered through primarily thin clouds through much of the day. High temperatures will be near normal.

"A weak area of low pressure approaches tonight and brings a mix of rain and snow to the area. The system heads east on Thursday, with all areas dry by the afternoon. Partly to mostly sunny conditions develop along with high temperatures around 5 degrees above normal."
WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons says, "Dress for a colder day today with highs in the 30s. Some sun and clouds going back-and-forth. Light snow expected around or after midnight tonight changing to rain tomorrow morning. There could be a few school delays tomorrow morning!"
