These 47 Stores Are Closed On Thanksgiving 2018 In Connecticut

The biggest shopping occasion of the year is almost here. But if you plan to hit the stores soon after you’ve recovered from your Thanksgiving food coma, know that many retailers in Connecticut plan to stay closed on Turkey Day.

A list compiled by BestBlackFriday.com tallying the stores closed on Thanksgiving has been updated since it was first published in October. The website has found that a total of 76 retailers will be closed on Nov. 22.

BestBlackFriday.com says it confirmed each store’s closed status with a representative or PR contact. The list also includes big-name grocery stores, including Costco, Publix and Trader Joe’s, that will be closed on Thanksgiving.

The common theme BestBlackFriday.com found was that most retailers staying closed on Thanksgiving were doing so to allow employees to spend time with their families.
