These Are The Top 200 Schools In CT For 2019, New List Says
Niche has compiled what it says are the top 200 schools at every grade level in Connecticut, including both private and public schools.
Now you can find out if your district has the best schools on any grade level, public and private, in Connecticut. And you can also question why your school doesn't rate better.
Niche.com, which specializes in all different types of rankings, has released a new 2019 list that is a bit different than the usual rankings the company is known for. In this one, Niche has ranked what it says are the top 200 schools in Connecticut, both private and public schools. It includes elementary, middle and high schools all in the same list (see below).
In this list, Niche prefers private schools. The first 13 spots are all reserved for private schools. The first public school to crack the list is Staples High School in Westport at No. 14. But there are plenty of public schools on this list.

It is important to remember that every school on this top 200 list receives either an A+ or an A for an overall score from Niche.
