Track And Field Champions Crowned In Class LL, Class S State Meets

NEW BRITAIN, CT — Three meet records fell at the CIAC Class LL and Class S track and field championships Tuesday at Veterans Stadium in Willow Brook Park. Sydney Segalla of Housatonic Regional set new standards in the Class S 100 and 400 meter runs, while Alanna Smith of Danbury established a new mark in the Class LL 200 meter run.

Hall boys and Glastonbury girls captured team titles in Class LL. In Class S, Bloomfield swept the boys and girls team competition.
