SHERMAN, CT — Incredible video footage obtained by WTNH News 8 shows the moment a dog was caught on security camera chasing a black bear away from a 4-year-old boy in Sherman Saturday.
The dog, an 8-year-old golden retriever named Jake, came to the rescue when the bear wandered through the yard and frightened little Gavin, the boy's father Gregory Grant told the outlet.
