Woman Suffers Serious Injuries In Waterbury Wrong-Way Crash: Report
Three people were injured in a wrong-way crash Monday night.
WATERBURY, CT — A woman was seriously injured and two men suffered minor injuries in a wrong-way wreck on Route 8 south in Waterbury, according to NBC CT. A Honda HRV was traveling the wrong way near exit 34 at 11:52 p.m. and struck a Honda Pilot.
The woman driving the Honda HRV was transported to Waterbury Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The man driving the Honda Pilot and a passenger suffered minor injuries and were transported to St. Mary's Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation, according to NBC CT.
