AVON, CT — A baseball training business was among 17 businesses with Avon addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry.
Barrel House Baseball LLC, on Westbury, is registered under sports and recreation instruction.
Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.
Two of the new businesses registered as management consultants; no other type had more than one filing.
Other newcomers include Honor and Protect Fiduciary Services on Lovely Street; Simply Junk Removal, which registered under waste collection; Gilded Glow Co., a beauty salon on Old Farms Road; Lebramont Specialty Physicians on Lovely Street; and Vinayak, a beer, wine, and liquor retailer on West Main Street.
