AVON, CT — From an 8,551-square-foot six-bedroom on Robkins Road to a 1948 home on Sylvan Street, Avon's recent sales stretched from $500,000 to nearly $2 million.

There were five homes sold in Avon between Oct. 9 and Oct. 15, 2026, with a top price of $1,999,900, according to Zillow.com.

14 Robkins Road sold Oct. 14 for $1,999,900. The six-bedroom, eight-bath home was built in 2002 and has 8,551 square feet on 2 acres.

55 Sylvan St. sold Oct. 9 for $505,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1948 and has 1,777 square feet on 0.43 acres.

220 Arch Road sold Oct. 9 for $500,000. The four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1954 and has 2,152 square feet on 1.64 acres.
