453 Waterville Road, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., $390,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath ranch sits on 2.35 acres, and its listing invites buyers to bring their remodeling ideas. The main level has hardwood floors through most of the living space, a galley kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room. A separate bedroom suite with a sitting area and its own full bath could suit long-stay guests or an in-law, and an L-shaped deck, which the listing says needs replacement, looks over the backyard. It has 2,113 square feet and a two-car garage on the lower level.

14 Vermillion Drive, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $1,355,000. This seven-bedroom post-and-beam home with four full and two half baths sits on 2.61 acres along Avon Mountain, with panoramic valley views, cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and walls of glass, according to the listing. Its 6,144 square feet include an office, a library, a billiard room and a fitness area, and the walkout lower level can serve as an in-law suite with direct access to the in-ground pool. The kitchen has double convection ovens and quartz counters, and there's a whole-house generator and an EV charger. The price was cut $40,000 on Nov. 3.
